This is a Boosey & Hawkes cornet.
It is an Imperial model with the original satin silver finish. As expected from a high-end model, it produces a sweet sound that is characteristic of British bands!
This is a used item imported from overseas. It has been repaired by a musical instrument shop for significant dents and bell damage, so there are no defects that would interfere with playing.
The serial number is in the 620,000 range, suggesting it is an instrument from around 1977.
Accessories include a no-name long shank mouthpiece, a short shank Denis Wick 4, a mini music stand that attaches to the instrument, and what appears to be the original case. The mouthpieces and accessories will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside the case for shipping. The mouthpieces have been polished, but please consider them as a bonus given their condition in the photos.
