2025 Harvest - Approx. 500g x 2 Jars of Domestic Pure Honey

This is Japanese honey collected and filtered from our beehives. Approximately 500g per bottle, excluding the weight of the bottle, for a total of two bottles.

The honey is primarily collected in the Nagano Prefecture area, from locations with clean air and water. Harvested in 2025. Despite being a wildflower honey, it has a mild flavor.
Pure, unheated, and additive-free honey.

Honey may crystallize and turn white in winter or when refrigerated.
You can restore it to its original state by placing the sealed bottle in warm water around 50°C. It does not need to be refrigerated.
It can be safely consumed for about 2 years without spoiling. Please store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Do not give to children under one year of age.
As this is a natural product, we take great care, but please understand that occasionally small particles such as black specks, pieces of honeycomb, or debris from the hive may be mixed in.
