Limited Time Offer: Variegated White Heron Sedge - 4 New Shoots
10.00 $
Description
A white egret dances in the biotope...
This is a beautiful aquatic plant that propagates through rhizomes.
The leaves have variegation, adding to its cool appearance.
It is a wetland plant, not an emergent one, so until it grows to a certain extent, it's best to keep the water level such that the soil is constantly moist, rather than submerging the base of the plant.
The above-ground parts of last year's plant will wither in winter, and new shoots will emerge from its sides.
If you try to separate them forcefully, only the new shoots might come off. Therefore, we will send you the roots with new shoots emerging, and some cleanly separated new shoots, for a total of 4 shoots.
Want to bundle other plants too? If so, please be sure to let us know in the comments *before* purchasing. We accept bundled orders.
As this is a living organism, it changes daily.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive, and only buy if you understand that this is a plant grown as a hobby by an amateur.
