As an oral rehydration solution: Dissolve 1 tablet in 100ml of clean water.
As a sports drink: Dissolve 1-2 tablets in 500ml of water.
You can adjust the concentration by changing the amount of water and the number of tablets.
After dissolving, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
When eating directly:
Place the tablet directly in your mouth, chew, and swallow with 100-500ml of water.
