Description
This is a Hagoita (a traditional Japanese battledore) from the early Showa period.
It was passed down from my parents and then used by my sister and I to play games during New Year's.
The shuttlecock was purchased later, but it is also quite old.
The main body has some missing parts.
Please note that there are scratches and graffiti on the back (the striking surface).
