High-purity aluminum cast
Electric cooking heaters only heat the bottom of the pot, so the pot's ability to conduct heat (thermal conductivity) is key. The Princess series is made from the same high-purity aluminum cast as the Mushi Nabe (R), offering excellent heat conductivity and heat retention! It quickly captures the powerful heat from 200V and rapidly transfers it throughout the entire pot.
Thick wall construction suitable for high power
The bottom, which is prone to damage from the heat source, is particularly thick at 5.5mm. There is no need to worry about wobbling or malfunction due to deformation of the pot bottom.
Easy to clean with fluorine coating!
The interior has a fluorine resin coating, making it resistant to burning and ideal for diet cooking with less oil.
