If you have a gas stove, the stainless steel on the bottom of the pot is high quality and easy to clean, so we actually recommend it because it's not IH compatible!

The Junior Dome Cover Lid can be used as a lid for a small frying pan, the 3QT pot, and the steamer. It's recommended for when you need height, such as for roasting meat or making roast pork! ^_^
You can use it for egg dishes, waterless cooking, fish meunière, pan-seared meat, crepes, pancakes, hotcakes, rice (3 cups), and more.
Inkor is a multi-core 5-layer structure that combines three types of special steel plates (stainless steel, carbon steel, and solid aluminum) using our unique technology. The bottom, which is directly exposed to flame, is solid aluminum with the best thermal conductivity, quickly absorbing heat. The central carbon steel evenly transfers the same temperature to the bottom, sides, and lid, while the surface is specially manufactured with the highest grade stainless steel.
No burns.
I believe it is in very clean condition, but as it is a used item, there are some minor scratches and stains.
