Description

Overall lightweight, with a sturdy plastic handle, making it easy for children to hold.
Color: Silver, Blue

Purchased on Rakuten and used for an event. When opened, it's more of an oval shape than a perfect circle, but it didn't affect the appearance during use.
Since purchase, glitter transfers to hands after use.
