Purchased at the Kanazashi Yosegi Craft Museum several years ago.
This is a Karakuri (puzzle) box that opens in 7 steps.
Includes instructions for opening.
Operation confirmed.
Size: Approximately 11.8 x 8.4 x 5.4 cm

It has only been opened a few times and has been stored in a bag, so I believe it is in good condition.
