This vintage Copco enameled cast iron rectangular baker designed by Michael Lax and made in Denmark.  Finished in a classic olive green enamel with a cream-colored interior, this substantial cast iron baker offers outstanding heat retention for casseroles, lasagna, roasted vegetables, baked pasta, and desserts.   Measurements  * Length (including handles): 14 * Width: 8.75  Condition  Good vintage condition. There is one small enamel chip on the upper rim (pictured).
